1. Before Submission

All manuscripts submitted to JELPS must represent original scholarly work and should not have been previously published, submitted, or under consideration in any other journal, conference proceedings, or online platform. Submissions must be exclusive to JELPS to preserve the integrity and originality of academic publishing.

  1. After Submission
Authors are allowed to disseminate their submitted manuscripts only in the form available on the JELPS submission system. Authors should not circulate or post versions of their manuscripts that might compromise the double-blind peer-review process. Sharing is limited to private use (e.g., with colleagues or in academic discussions) until the editorial decision has been made.
  2. After Acceptance
Once a manuscript has been accepted for publication, authors may deposit the accepted version (post-print) in institutional repositories, personal websites, or academic networking platforms. However, they must ensure that the deposited version clearly acknowledges JELPS as the place of publication. Authors are required to replace any earlier versions with the accepted version provided by JELPS, without any unauthorized modifications.

4. After Publication
Following official publication, authors must cite and reference the final published version of the article as it appears in JELPS. Any previously posted versions (such as preprints or post-prints) must be updated or replaced with the final published version, complete with volume, issue, page numbers, and DOI as assigned by the journal. This ensures proper attribution, consistency of citation, and compliance with international academic publishing standards.
